I must say that the staff at HealthCARE Express was refreshing. I so enjoyed the smile and pleasant disposition of everyone, esp. the lady that walks around greeting everyone, asking if we needed anything and even checking on me while in the back. She is such a joy. I just love her smile. The nurse team took really good care of me, never leaving me alone in that back room by my self (i loved it). Every 5 minutes or so they would come see about me. The Dr. was very assuring and very pleasant as well – explained everything never leaving me with any unanswered questions.
I was there yesterday morning and was able to hear the team cheer. At first my husband and I didn’t know what was going on, but we soon figured it out. It was good to hear. I’ve never experienced that in a Dr. office before, but it explains a lot about how well you guys work together and how well you take care of your patients it’s a team effort.
You do put the care in Healthcare, and I’m grateful that i was able to experience it. I wish that I could take your staff and bottle them up and take them to whatever Dr. I select for my primary care physician. Your staff is very professional.
So again, my visit to HealthCARE Express was very impressive. I will never forget you guys and the way you made me comfortable in an possibly uncomfortable situation. No one ever wants to go to the Dr.’s office, but if and when you go, one would only hope to have an experience like the one you gave my family and I.

“I would enjoy advising you of my treatment on Thursday. After leaving a local chiropractor (who has an office in the shopping center near you and referred me to your office) I was skeptical of what my visit would do for the pain I was in. I am proud to advise that NP Stacy Ervin did more for me in the few minutes I was there than the chiropractor had done in a week of treatments. I even was able to resume my travels today and reduce the backlog of work that had accumulated since the back problem started. Thank you for providing the services I needed in a friendly and professional manner. I know where to come next time I have a medical issue that needs professional attention – but I do hope it will not be in the near future.

“I came to your clinic and saw Jerry Browning. I was sicker than I realized. After some x-rays, blood work, he sent me to ER at St Michael as an outpatient to ave a CT done on my chest. They found blood clots – a number in both lungs, and one in my left groin. I was admitted. Thanks so very much for all your help at the clinic. I was there 6 days. I am now at home and still taking it easy. I would refer anyone to your clinic. I will be back when I need to. Tell Jerry I am so glad he’s back in Texarkana.”

I just wanted to let you know how much I appreciated being seen at your clinic, when I was unable to see my own doctor. Being able to make my own appointment online was great and saved me the hassle of going up there and having to wait. I have used you all before, and I have been satisfied with each visit. Dwayne Bricker is good and explained a lot to me about my condition that even my own urologist in Tyler hadn’t. He also explained it in a way that I could understand without feeling like I was being talked down to. A lot of doctors treat their patients like they haven’t got a brain in their head or like they are talking to a child. This visit was a nice change of pace.”

I just wanted to write and tell you that I have always had great experiences at HealthCARE Express in Longview. I love that I don’t have to have an appointment if I am sick or hurt and I never have to wait long. The staff is always very nice and understanding and they listen to me. The office conveniently sends my prescriptions to the pharmacy for me and the whole process is easy and seamless which is so nice when you are not feeling well. I will continue to go to HealthCARE Express for all of my basic medical needs and I always suggest your facility to friends, co-workers and family!

“My visit on Friday was a very pleasant one. I registered on-line and received an approximate time to be seen. I completed 2 forms once I arrived and waited a couple of minutes before being called back. The nurse who took my VS and Hx was very professional and pleasant, as well as friendly. The PA who saw me was also very professional and pleasant and friendly. The x-ray procedure was also pleasant, and she apologized for thediscomfort I felt being on my right hip during at least 2 of the films beingtaken. “I’m from Dallas and this past Thursday, I woke up early to head to Texarkana directly from my house for business. As I was walking out the door, I bent down to pick up my briefcase, and I felt that same awful pain that has caused me so much grief in the past. The 3 hour drive to Texarkana was miserable, and I finally got to the point that I did a search for ‘urgent care’ on my iPhone. Thankfully, ‘HealthCARE Express’ popped up on the map and you guys were located right next to the jobsite I was visiting for the day. I stopped in as soon as I got in to town, around 9:30am. I was quickly very impressed with Healthcare Express, from the nice, new, comfortable facility, to the speed at which I was in and out after seeing a doctor, to the compassion and thoroughness of everyone who helped me out that morning. I was in and out extremely fast and, since I was on business, this was very much appreciated. Furthermore, the check in and check out folks were outstanding, helpful and kind. As for the doctor, I regretfully can’t remember his name, but he seemed to feel genuinely bad for me as I described my past disc issues and the pain I was currently in. By the end of the day, I was feeling MUCH better and I’m happy to say, a week later, I’m back to normal. This was the quickest a ‘flair up’ has subsided…and I just wanted to say a sincere thanks. HealthCARE Express is an outstanding organization!”

My friend works next door at Century 21, and she told me about Healthcare Express (Longview location). I am sooooo thankful that I now know about your office. I called one of your competitors, and got quotes for a visit (we are self pay, no insurance) and their fees were MUCH higher. Not only are their fees much higher, but the office itself is nowhere near as nice, and modern, and clean as your facility is! So, to make a long story, short. I paid a reasonable price, in a very clean environment, with wonderful staff, and excellent care! When I fell out of my deer stand, my left arm was killing me and it being so close to Christmas we used your medical clinic.
