hCG Meal Plan

hCG Weight Loss Meal PlanThe hCG Weight Loss Solution combines hCG (Human Chorionic Gonadotropin) hormone with a low calorie diet.  Following a strict diet plan is a mandatory part of the program if you want to achieve your goal weight within a desired time. The sample meal plan is designed especially for hCG dieters .

First Week Daily Diet

Monday – Tuesday (Loading Phase)

The first two days of hCG protocol are known as loading phase. During this time you can eat anything and everything including pizza, burgers, coke, etc…  There are no food restrictions during the first two days of the diet.

Wednesday

First Day Of Your 500-calorie HCG Diet

Breakfast:
•Tea or coffee without sugar (1 Tbsp of milk can be added)
Add Stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch:
•Fresh white fish (only 100 grams allowed)
•Beet-greens
•One Melba toast
•One apple

Dinner:
•Lobster (only 100 grams allowed)
•Cabbage
•Breadstick
•Orange

Thursday

Breakfast:
•Tea or coffee without sugar (1 Tbsp of milk can be added)
Add Stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch:
•Shrimp (only 100 grams allowed)
•Cucumbers
•Breadstick
•One-half Grape fruit

Dinner:
•Chicken Breast (Remove all visible fat before boiling and grilling. Only 100 grams allowed.)
•Spinach
•Apple

Friday

Breakfast:
•Tea or coffee without sugar (1 Tbsp of milk can be added)
Add Stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch:
•Crab (only 100 grams allowed)
•Asparagus
•Melba Toast
•Handful of Strawberries

Dinner:
•Beef (Remove all visible fat before boiling and grilling. Only 100 grams allowed.)
•Red Radishes
•Breadstick
•Apple

Saturday

Breakfast:
•Tea or coffee without sugar (1 Tbsp of milk can be added)
Add Stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch:
•Veal (only 100 grams allowed)
•Tomatoes
•Orange
•Melba Toast

Dinner:
•White Fish (only 100 grams allowed)
•Celery
•Beet-greens
•Breadstick

Sunday

Breakfast:
•Tea or coffee without sugar (1 Tbsp of milk can be added)
Add Stevia instead of sugar.

Lunch:
•Lobster (only 100 grams allowed)
•Fennel
•Breadstick
•Apple

Dinner:
•Beef (only 100 grams allowed)
•Onions
•Melba toast
•Orange

Things to Consider…

1. You can use mustard powder, garlic, salt, majoram, thyme, pepper, vinegar and sweet basil for seasoning.
2. Fruits and breadstick are permissible between the meals. However, you should skip them in your lunch and dinner if you consume them as snacks.
3. Drinking plenty of water during the hCG diet is extremely important.

This is a sample HCG diet meal plan for week following a 500 calorie diet using Simeons’ hCG diet protocol. If you opt to go on the 800 calorie plan, sample meal plans can be discussed with our medical providers.
