Important guidelines you need to know. Please Read!
1. ZipPASS® allows you to wait at home, at the office or anywhere you feel like waiting. So why wait in a lobby when you can wait where you want.

2. No appointments are made at HealthCARE Express. ZipPASS®, however, is a convenient way for you to reserve an estimated time to be seen. Your name is placed on our schedule and you are given an estimated time to be seen. Please visit our clinic at that time and you will be taken into the room when one is available.

3. We only accept ZipPASS® during normal clinic hours. If you fill out a ZipPASS® outside of normal clinic hours, it will not be processed.

ZipPASS® is not for: Emergencies, Physicals, Drug Screening

Warning: Please dial 911 if you have any emergency such as chest pains, uncontrolled bleeding, poisoning, constant vomiting, serious breathing problems, or anything else you deem as life or limb threatening.
