Recent Customer Thank You Letters

“Thank you for the follow up on my recent visit. This is not the first time I have visited your facility, and I have to tell you that every time I have visited for medical attention or pre employment testing your staff has been very efficient and courteous. On this last visit I was very much under the weather from all the Pollen in the air and I was seen by Dr. Paul Sarna, whom used to be my family physician and I cannot praise him enough. Dr. Sarna took excellent care of me and when I called back a few days later for some information on sinus medicine he took immediate action and had one of your staff fax in a prescription. I would like to comment on your staff while we are on the subject, I have seen several different staff members through the several times I visited and everyone that I talked to or had service from have been nothing less then professional and extremely courteous. I would like to thank you once again for following up with me and also thank your staff for being so kind and professional.

“Just a note to thank the personnel at your Richmond Road facility for caring. While under treatment for flu/pneumonia by Dr. Paul Sarna and others, a routine chest xray displayed a suspicious mass in the lung. I was advised to have a ct scan and the results confirmed the problem.

Thanks to this early warning, I will undergo surgery at Baylor Medical next week. Doctors there inform me that the operation will be far less traumatic than if I had begun to have symtoms.
